This one came out of no where but it needed to be done for trades that I wanna do ^^

It's my pokemon OC Stephanie in her trainer outfit and her gym leader outfit :dance: it was fun to draw her again, I didn't realize how long its been since I last drawn her until I was looking for pictures as color references ^^;

I didn't want a plain boring background so I just added a bunch of stuff in there :XD: I hope you can still see her pretty good.

The quote idea I got from ~ky-nim :meow: it was such a cool idea that I wanted to try it :XD: some may sound weird cause I was thinking as I was going along XD;;

Duuude, how do you do those kind of BG? I've always wondered and would totally look up how to do in a tutorial but I don't even know what to type in for it XD haha ^^;

It's really simple actually XD what I do, cause it's easier, I make a copy of the picture and open it as a new document. Then I delete all the white until I have nothing but the character(s) that I want. Use the lasso tool to select one of the character(s) that you want and edit-copy, then edit-paste as a new layer. Bring that layer underneath the original and make it as big or rotate as you want, then lower the opacity of the layer until you like it. Add a simple gradient background to bring out the characters and you're done :D
